The Terminal in the Strip

Rebranding an icon

The Terminal is an iconic 1920s landmark in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Strip District. McCaffrey Interests redeveloped the building, bringing new life to the historic produce yard.

A transformation of the Strip’s historic produce Terminal.

the brand

Actual Size took inspiration from the industry and architecture to bridge Pittsburgh’s storied past with its dynamic future, transforming the space into a landmark destination.

the color

The color palette is vibrant and playful, inspired by the Terminal’s history as the Pennsylvania Railroad Fruit Auction and Sales Building. Larger-than-life produce stickers give a cheeky, animated energy that feels both nostalgic and fresh.
